I’m super excited for Thursday midnight, May not even sleep and go to work Friday this way lmao. The photo mode lols amazing!!!! I’m a screenshot enthusiast love taking screens of games in this I’m gonna have a ball with.

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe a while ago.

Reviews started comming out around 30 minutes ago so far worst score I have seen is 7/10, ign gave it a 8.7, gamestop a 9/10 and its Metacritic score is a 88 after 44 reviews so far very good score hope it can get to a 90 I was predicting 92 but 88 is still darn good.

A few questions please. I’m confused about the DLC. Does that mean I won’t get the full story mode of the game? Also is their any Spider-Man movies I should be watching before getting this game? I’ve seen pics and reviews and I don’t know much about Spider-Man but I’m intrigued. Mostly a sports gamer. Thank you

You are getting the full story in the game.

All three DLC are additional stories in the world of the game.

A basic knowledge of Spider-Man is really all you need. This is a unique story independent of any stories in Spider-Man's history. Watching a film or reading the comics won't necessarily help unless you want to know more about the characters.

There is a novel that acts as a prequel to the video game if you want to read that.

Spiderman 3 just popped up in Netflix. I never saw that one. I heard it was bad, but what the hell. I'm going to dive into it sometime tomorrow to get primed a bit more for the game.

It isn't necessarily bad. It's a very...busy movie, which a small handful of questionable writing decisions.

But for a Spider-Man movie it's acceptable.

I learned the thing I despise most about it (and I used to really love it) is that it wronged a lot of SM2's right-doings. It changed the course of nature of what SM2 was all about, and that's an all-time favorite film of mine.

I saw that and its still a solid movie just a big step down from spiderman 1 and 2 and a lot worse than the trailers let on. Spiderman 2 is one of the best CBM ever still and if spiderman 3 was has good has the trailers let on it would be like the best CBM ever instead there are a lot like 18 or so CBM I would put above it.
