"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
New turf wars content is playable. Yuri is probably the worst police captain in the history id police captains.
Also I wanted to add, I don't know if something is glitched with my difficulty, but the easiest difficulty on new dlc (friendly) feels as hard or harder than the hardest difficulty in the regular game and first dlc.(ultimate)Last edited by Dave_S; 11-20-2018, 06:28 AM.Comment

Re: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
I recieved a 15$ credit from the Playstation store for participating in the "Countdown to Launch" promotion. Whatever that is... Anyway, I'm getting the DLC for free basically now. Nice. I'm surprised it's only 1.6 GB but I'm looking forward to it.Comment

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment

Re: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
Just beat Turf war like the store more on the heist but liked Turf war more over all because of the challenge died like 3 times on hamer head fight. Another emotion moment in this dlc. The main game was extremely emotion at the end and now both dlc's have had some emotion behind there to. Still need to find 2 of the secret photos from the main game and do the side stuff with Turf war. Also still got to do a new game + play threw at some point.Comment

Re: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
Just finished Turf War. As I expected, it's pretty short. But damn it's good. This one definitely struck more of an emotional chord with me than The Heist. It also had some cool new stuff in it. That being said, I'd probably hold off on dropping 10$ on it right now considering the deals out there (I just got Mortal Kombat XL for 5$ in the PS store) for Black Friday. It's good, though.Comment

Re: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
This game is a blast! The web swinging is so much fun that I wind up just traversing the city, looking for backpacks, landmarks, labs, etc., and just enjoying the landscape. I found the Avengers building last night, which was really cool.
I'm about 25% through with the main story.Currently Playing:

Re: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
I am enjoying this game so much; I think I'm in the 50s percentage complete, not really paying attention. I have a question, I feel an urgency to stay focused on the main story but I want to do it all, especially what's needed to unlock new suits. I love the different suits, which surprises me because I am normally a "finish the main story" type of player. I want those suits while completing the main story, not afterward.
So, how do you all balance the main story with completing the other tasks, or do you?Comment

I made the mistake of doing the bulk of all side stuff during a point near the end of the game when it becomes...difficult...to just swing around the city. These days I'm less like "Jailhouse Rock" Elvis and more like "dying alone on the toilet" Elvis.Comment
