Why Is Halo Getting Little OS Board Attention?

I know this is a sports board, but I figured there would be more attention paid to this game as November 9th draws nearer. On a similiar note EB said preorders can pick up the game Midnight.

some kids at my school, who play halo a lot, already have the bootleg version and they say it is unbelievable. They pretty much play it 24/7.

Halo is pretty much the only non-sports games I play. I'm really looking forward to November 9, I will be there at Midnight and playing all night with my friends. I'm really pumped about it being only two weeks away, but there really isn't anything to talk about since Bungie/Microsoft have been so tight lipped on the actual game. No one knows anything about the single player besides the very very basic story, they haven't released any info about number of levels or anything like that. And only a couple of multiplayer levels are known as of now.

Just not much to talk about, the info that is known has been released slowly over the months since E3 so it's hard to get really excited with only little bits on info leaking out here and there. Definitely can't wait for November 9th though.

Cause what is there to say? The game is gonna rule, eat up more free time than we have, some people will actually likely lose their jobs over the game. There's really not much to talk about other than DAMN I WANT THE GAME or HEY ONLY THIS MANY DAYS UNTIL IT COMES OUT, or I GOT A BOOTLEG COPY, at least to me it seems like there's nothing to say about the game until it comes out. Once it does come out there won't be much to say about it either than, hey I'm going on Live to play HALO 2, anyone else playing tonight.

Maybe that's just me, but you can talk about the great little details about the game after it comes out, or why it's an amazing game, but not much really needs to be said about it since it's just pretty much understood, if you own an Xbox you need to own this game cause there's nothing quite like HALO.
