Is there any of these things in the game. If not how do you stay in shape? I rented it so I don't have a manual.

Yes, there are gyms in the game. You should have been pointed in the direction of one after one of the early missions. The icon for it is a dumbell on the map. If you want to go to the Gym, follow these directions:
From your street (Grove Street), head directly down the street and don't turn at all. I think on like your 3rd left you should see a "Binco's" clothes store. Go down that street. At the end of the block on the left is the Gym.
You have to receive a phone call from Sweet before you can go there, though.New England Patriots
