I seriously doubt they have costumes out there replicating Halo.

I looked and looked when halloween came around and didnt see any Halo guys out.... then again they were probably in their suits playing the pirated version of the game

unfortunately, you are wrong. there are some people who have made their own Halo suits, they look really good(well I don't want to say "good" but it does look straight off of the game). and i even think I have seen a website selling expensive Halo suits.

You'd be surprised at how into games some people get.
