PLEASE HELP!! With Action Replay

Can someone give me some ideas on why my Microsoft Memory Unit that I just bought is not working with my Action Replay?

is the AR thing down in your system tray, by the clock, green or a kinda darkened color when you plug up the AR and put the card in it?

When I first install the AR on my computer it seemed to install fine from the disc that came with the AR. But it wouldn't work, and the symbol down by the clock was darkened. I rebooted then replugged in the USB and a Windows thing came up wanting to do some installing of the AR itself. I searched my CD drive, which still had the disc in it, and installed some more stuff. Then the AR started working.

That's the only problem I had installing mine. I have Windows XP by the way.

That probably didn't help you any, but that is what happened when I installed mine. Maybe you should uninstall it and try again.

how are you trying to get the files onto the card? The easiest way to do it is save the zip file to your desktop, open the AR program with the AR device plugged up and a card in it, and then just drag the zip file to the left of the program where it should show what's on the card.

Is it recognizing your card at all? If it is, you could try right clicking on where the card shows up on the left side of the program and formatting it. This will erase all the data that is on it, but if it is a new card you shouldn't have anything on it. Maybe it needs formatting before it will work the first time.

I'm just throwing ideas out here.
