    Re: Call Of Duty WWII

I was amazed by how good the graphics are in this game. Campaign was pretty good too, even though it heavily copied Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers. The hit markers in the game is frustrating though. At times you have to empty an entire clip into their face to kill the AI. Game really isn't about killing the AI though, because eventually you will notice it is more about getting to a certain spot in a mission and all the enemy AI just magically disappear. Seriously if you don't get to that invisible spot, the AI will just continue to respawn right in front of you. There were times I cleared out an area with a grenade just to see the 5 enemy AI I just blew up, respawn in the exact same spot INSTANTLY.

Some of the missions are overly long and dragged out. But then there a couple of missions that were very good but yet very short. That was disappointing. Teammate AI have to be the worse I saw in a modern video game in the past 6 or 7 years. Not helpful what so ever and really get in your way too often during the missions. And for some reason I noticed in pretty much every mission somebody always get stuck in a running in place animation during the firefights. Out the corner of your eye you will always see a teammate doing that.

I give the game a 9 out of 10 though. I liked what they were trying to do, they just didn't go about it the right way.

8 missions down, 4 more to go.

I'm anxious to keep playing to see how the story plays out, but I don't want the ride to end.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I have a diamond US Shovel now. I'm pretty sure it's the greatest game strategy ever. People just get so mad and keep coming for more punishment. It completely gets them off their game and one tracks their mind to just get revenge.

Has anyone had trouble logging in to the game? I get the company screens when I turn it on but as soon as the press x screen should show up the screen goes black but I can still here the music.

I have not been able to play for 2 weeks now.
I even deleted and re-installed with no luck, then after this last patch I thought it might have changed something but.......nope!
I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I was playing MP while I was in the states and was really not liking it due to the issues already stated here. I had way more fun with CoD2. Now i'm back in the Philippines I started the campaign and I'm having a blast. I can see myself play this multiple times and not get tired of it

Agreed. Their best campaign in years. Although I did enjoy Ininite's campaign a lot . But I may be the minority on that

                            Re: Call Of Duty WWII

When I played the beta I hated it. I rented it when it came out and I was so bad I rage quit. Decided for the hell of it to rent it again, and I don't know if the patches have fixed some issues, but I am having a blast.

I pretty much play only War mode, and not being very good at FPS I feel like it's a mode where I can excel because I seem to be able to utilize cover and pick my spots. For some crazy reason I am pretty good in that mode. So it's made it so fun.

I love how the ranking system works. It's not play for 10 hours to rank up a couple spots. I love how the perks and weapons are done. The unlock tokens are really cool. I still haven't used my prestige unlock, not sure what I wanna do with it.

I'm playing mostly infantry and airborne class and using the M1941 and PPSH-41 and they seem to be perfect for me. So I think I'll play with them for a while and get them leveled up.

I heard the BAR is really good too. But don't want to get into dealing with too many weapons and losing attachments I earned.

I really like that this game doesn't seem to be pay to win. I've been able to get things I want or cool other unlocks just through playing the game. When a game does that, I think I'd be more inclined to spend some real money on some loot crates.

But anyway, the game is due back Sunday, but I think I'll be buying it of PSN since it's on sale and I have $50 in credit.

It was on sale for $40 at target for about 6 days

I convinced my brother to get it. Only problem is the party system is still messed up bad

Finally unlocked the Airborne Flight Suit skin from one of the Winter Crates. It's probably my connection, but I've run into getting one to two shot from all sorts of rifles and people lately in TDM.
