The assault rifles I got like 4 gold but it takes forever .... I figured the shotguns and sniper rifles will go by faster though

The smgs will take me the longest I feel like. I got nearly no head shots with them

Just started the campaign, I must say very engaging so far!

Played the first 3 missions of the campaign and have to say it is very, very good. Then I hopped on to multiplayer and I'm officially hooked! Being a lifelong Halo player, I'm really loving the customization of this game not only with your character but the guns and perks as well. Gives it a much better feel for how you want to play the game rather than in Halo where a gun is played one way and one way only. This is a great change of pace for me.

Was using the M19 originally with my infantry class. Decided to try something new so I unlocked the M1 Garand and while it is weird using a semi automatic I'm enjoying it thus far. What guns would people recommend for low level players?

I enjoy the STG-44 with grip, quick draw, and red dot sight.

Quick draw seems to be vital in CoD. Would anyone disagree??

Aside from that, any chance CoD creates larger maps and more players. BF4 and BF1 being larger maps is just so much more enjoyable for me. Thinking about switching back to BF1 to enjoy vehicles and large maps and 64 players again. But CoD has been fun so far with boots on the ground again.

I just played online for the first time and the map patterns feel very similar to past COD games, just a different skin. I kept having deja vu when I was running around.

I do agree though, the maps are really small especially if you are accustomed to the BF series. As a shooter BF would be my ultimate choice but this one has not been terrible, it's just a different experience.

I don't think quick draw is vital. I think it's more important to be able to shoot accurately from the hip without aiming. So many people in CoD just run around without aiming that quick draw doesn't help.

Quick draw is complete garbage in this COD

Only time it helps is if you are literally walking around. Used to you could be sprinting and it still helped you aim faster

People still run around so even if you don’t have quick draw they no longer have that ability to ads before you or at the same time like before.... I guess if you happen to walk into another person walking then yeah you’ll be at a slight disadvantage. But most of the time you should be already ads if you are walking and expect someone

I've debated about taking quick draw off my guns. I've read that in this COD (I've never played any other) there is a longer delay between sprinting and aiming.

This year I’m most successful with the following attachments:
                          Quick draw
                          Grip
                          Red dot

War is by far my favorite mode just wish there were more maps.

Glad I didn't trade this game in. I am thoroughly enjoying the game.

Question though, how do I unlock different helmets and outfits? I'm at like level 28 or so and I haven't unlocked any gear other than emblems in supply drops.
