Nex Machina: Death Machine (PlayStation 4 and PC)

Nex Machina: Death Machine is a top down fast paced twin stick shooter from developer Housemarque and Industry Pioneer Eugene Jarvis. Housemarque is by far and away my best and favorite Independent developer who created twin stick shooters Super Stardust HD, Dead Nation, ResoGun and Alienation as well as the original Super Stardust on PC back in 1996 and my own personal 2011 game of the year, 2D platform classic Outland. Anyone who loves twin stick shooters should definitely look into Nex Machina: Death Machine as it was released this past June 20th for $20 on PlayStation 4 and PC.

Re: Nex Machina: Death Machine (PlayStation 4 and PC)

Played and completed Nex Machina on normal difficulty. Forgot what it's actually called. Great game but hard especially in the later two worlds. I literally used 70 continues to beat the game. But what a great game. Graphics 9, Music and Sound 9, Gameplay is an easy 9, Story and characters are at best a 5 but if you're playing Nex Machina, you're not playing it for the non-existent story. Overall, an 8/10. Great game and can't wait for Matterfall on August 15th.
