Prince of Persia 2

Last year's POP seemed to go well under the radar for most gamers, although it got my vote for non-sports game of the year. The new one is coming out on the 30th and looks amazing - anyone else really excited about it??

Can't wait for it to come out. Although the only thing is that I liked the non-dark feel of the past one, but I'll reserve judgement until I play the new one.

I like the new direction they have taken in terms of the overall mood and setting of the game. It looks much more "grown up" and fits the story. It really shows that he has had to grow up and face the consequences of his actions in the last game. And the new combat system looks great. I can't wait to try it out.

I'm really starting to hate hilary goldstein's reviews. He's always complaining about something that isn't really a problem.

The review kinda worried me, but it definitely is good to hear the improvements they made to an already good game.

The only complaints he had were about the music and how he felt that there shouldn't had been such an empahisis on combat. I completely disagree with him though. Having less puzzles isn't that big of a deal(at least to me) and the darkness of the game seems like a logical direction to go in.
