The Division 2
On Xbox it's easy, just go online to your account, cancel and reorder.
I just did this for Warhammer Chaosbane because I loved the beta so much I canceled the regular edition and then bought the Magnus version instead

The Division 2
Unfortunately once they charge you it’s not that easy and my charge went through earlier this week for standard edition. I put in a refund request and bought the ultimate edition so hopefully they grant me the refund haha.Comment

Re: The Division 2
Got through half of the beta content in a couple hours tonight including the boss I didn't make it to when I spawned him before. Even playing some of this a third time I really enjoy it. Just like looking around at the world they've put together, even though it feels very much like the first game.Comment

Re: The Division 2
Played for two hours last night; was enough to get through the first real story mission. I missed this game. One of the few loot-based games where I actually enjoy the looting.NFL: Bills

The Division 2
I was going to go to work a little late today but after messing with my character creation for 20 minutes I decided this was probably a bad idea.
Does anyone who got into it a little bit know where we have to go to get all our ultimate edition goodies ?Comment

Re: The Division 2
Two and a half more days for me. Will be cancelling my Sekiro pre-order tomorrow at GameStop to get back the $60 in credit that I spent on it. Then, I'll trade in DMC 5 towards Division 2 which should get me $40 towards that purchase. Will pay it off using $20 of the $60 credit from Sekiro and will have $40 left over. Then, in a month or so when im finished with Division 2, I'll buy Sekiro. No reason to buy it when im not going to be playing it for a few weeks after launch. Back to Division 2, Thursday night baby!!!Comment

Why you canceling Sekiro? Just curious

Re: The Division 2
There's a few reasons but the main reason is that im not going to play Sekiro at launch due to The Division 2 so no reason to buy it at launch. Better off using that credit for Sekiro towards The Division 2 and once im done with The Division 2 and trade it in, that credit will go towards Sekiro. So in other words, im still going to play Sekiro but because The Division 2 will take me at least a few weeks to finish, better off delaying Sekiro until im ready to play it. Either way, both will be completed before Days Gone.Comment

Re: The Division 2
Probably. Played the open beta and didn't 100% both districts in 16 hours so yeah, for all the districts and content, im estimating four weeks give or take.
If you think im playing the game long term for months on end like a lot of gamers do, just no. Not for me. I don't do that. Rarely does a game go past a month for me. Honestly, I don't even remember the last game I played for longer than a month.
My plan for The Division 2 is to play through the base game, get to level 30, finish the stronghold to get it to World Tier 1 and unlock specializations. Once I do all that and the world changes over to the Black Tusk, I'll save my progress which is on Ubisoft's servers and im basically done until early next year once all the free content, the few DLC packs, the assignments, etc. is out. Doing this will allow me to play the game basically twice and by the time I play through the Black Tusk, we'll see what else is added to the game by then.
Plans could change though but I do want to play Sekiro and get ready for Days Gone and Rage 2 which are my top two games of 2019. As much as I love Ubisoft and am hyped for The Division 2, im not the kind of gamer that will play the same game for months on end. It's why I quit sports game (yeah, yeah, I know it's a sports site but I don't deal with that) years ago.
With that all said, I will go back to games later on when there's other content I want to play. For example, I'll go back to AC Odyssey this summer for the two expansions once they're fully completed but otherwise, nah. Not for me as I see staying with the same game for months on end straight as just a waste of my time because I did just that a long time ago.Comment
