X-Men Legends...I haven't played it personally (too many games out right now), but I've only heard good things about it

This was the game I was going to recommned. Awesome Co-Op game. One of the better games released this past year period

Thanks for all the tips....I guess the consensus is either Ghost Recon 2 or X-Men Legends. Both these games appeal to me, so I'm not sure which one to get. Is X-Men Legends co-op over live as well (like GR 2 is?).

X-Men has no live support at all. So if it is live that you are after GR2 is the way to go

X-Men has no live support at all. So if it is live that you are after GR2 is the way to go

Ghost Recon 2 is a great game. I actually like it over Halo 2. The co-op is great and the ability to have up to 4 people per system to go on live is great.

Obviously the Sega Sports game will let you play co-op with a budy offline and online. NBA, NFL, NHL, College Hoops...

If you like Racing games, you can go online with a buddy playing Project Gotham Racing 2. I believe you can do this with Burnout 3 as well.

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.... The Conflict Games (desert storm & vietnam)... Deathrow... Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel... Star Wars: Battlefront (same team)... Men of Valor... Blink 2... The Lord of the Rings RPG (4 player co-op)...

Yes, both online and offline. In fact, you can't play adversarial against another human in FSW either online or offline.

Just be warned about FSW: It's a tactical game, not a first-person shooter. You never actually fire a weapon. You only direct your squads where to move and where to place their fire. The game also is extremely linear and gets repetitive quickly.

Ghost Recon 2 is a much better military shooter game than FSW for only $10 more at retail, as FSW has been discounted to $39.99 at most places.

yup all those kind words for Ghost Recon 2 but remember to get the XBOX version because the ps2 version is a crapfest
