Funny, I downloaded this yesterday too after getting in the mood for a survival game.

Played sparingly last year but really didn't play that much.

I had a decent start last night. Found decent gear and weapons early on. Had an M9 and a full clip. 2 rifles and ammo, but no clip for either. Then I got destroyed by the mechs. Respawned, got my stuff then got destroyed by a group of puppets.... promptly rage-quit lol.

I definitely want to jump back on though, it was fun. Is there any reason or benefit to building a base up? That's definitely something I want to do, just not sure it there's any point to it yet.

Yeah I was the same. I think I uninstalled twice due to rage lol

As far as a base.. I mainly doing it do have 1 area as a go to for all my supplies. It's the spawn point when I die and so I'll have spare clothes/weapons there etc..

Then it's mainly for me to "decorate" etc to try and make a cool area.

I'm surprised the base building still (At least what I've seen so far) is not very in depth still.. Hopefully more and more will be added... We'll see.

Then I went very slow. Now I'm set pretty good but still going slowish.
Gotten pretty deadly with spears as I very rarely use a gun.

Have 2 vehicles so far.

Still need grab The Forest, Stranded Deep, Green Hell and Mist Survival..

Have 3 days off before back to night shift so.. I'll probably binge buy soon... lol
