I am thinking of getting that for Xmas along with RainbowSix 3 on ps2.

I heard you could play the multiplayer modes by yourself with bots, it it true?

Is the game as laggy as some claim?

What are the arguments that could prove me that it is a mistake to buy this game?

I heard it doesn't support multitap, it's true?

1- Yes you can, with two player and 12 bots or 1 player vs 15 bots

2- The lag issue isn't that big of a deal its way better than when the game first came out. The game may lag now and then but it doesn't take away from the fun.

3- Its a mistake to buy this game if you think its going to be on the same level as Half-Life 2 or Halo 2. If you are expecting a very good FPS with it's small share of issues then Killzone is the game for you.

4- I'm pretty sure that its 2 players max so no multitap

Killzone is an amazing game. Better than Halo IMO. I prefer the atmosphere of Killzone by a big margin. And I have no problem at shooting at the same kind of enemy over and over again. That's what you do in Medal of Honor and Call of Duty. I don't want weird aliens in Killzone. Don't get me wrong. Halo is a very good game. I just have more fun with Killzone
