Re: Ghost Recon 2: $20 at Kmart

Forgot to put in the last post, but I just went and picked up my copy. When I went it said 50 on the copy and had no special signs for it. So I asked the electronics lady to look it up on the computer, and she said that it was 50. And so I showed her the printout, which had the location and dates and everything on it. And so she was like, I'll just ring it up to see what happens. Well when she did ring it up for checkout, it came up as only 19.99. So when you do go, ask them to ring it up, and that might do the trick, as when they just check the prices on the computer it still comes up as 50. Hope that helps anyone who's having problems.

I don't know if you are in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area, but if so you probably know that you can't trust any of the signs, prices, or people at the C-Burg K-Mart. Not exactly the most competent of people work there. I worked there for a couple of months during my sophomore year at Tech back in '98, and I quit because I was tired of working harder than my "bosses."
Overall satisfaction also makes the decline!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm back home right now, but I went to Kmart once this year over there. I had to go get something for a project and walmart had too big a line and I didn't have too much time to waste. So I went into Kmart and there five cars in the parking lot (this was at 7 PM on a Thursday). And when I went in, there were as many workers as customers. Also, all of the ten customers in there were just talking to the workers, meaning that they all just knew each other b/c really no one goes there anymore. I just started laughing, then went to ask for some help which no one could give me. So in the end I ended up going to walmart anyways, and just pitied the Kmart over there.

Well thanks for the heads up. I got the ad over my aunts house and went to walmart. Went I got to the checkup the clerk couldn't believe the price and had to get his manager to make sure this was for real. Anyway I bought 3 of them, 1 for myself and 2 just in case I forget someone at Christmas.

If your K-Mart won't honor it, just go over to Sears. Assuming they have it in stock, Sears will price match from any "brick and mortor" store.
