America's Army Online. So realistic that most people quit after a few hours cuz it's frustrating to constantly die and now know what hit you.

There is no way MGS can be counted as one of the most realistic game ever. In Ghost Recon 1 and 2, one shot and you're dead. It's nearly the same for rainbow six and SOCOM. But in MGS you can get shot much more than in the other games I mentionned.

Playing the game on Extreme is realistic as it gets. Normal mode, yeah it's just for fun, but Extreme or even Very Hard is realistic. Gameplay wise I mean

I don`t know.... I haven`t played vietnam yet. I know BFV has more advanced weapons. But both games are still getting a ton of online play. at any given time I can log on to the BF server and 5000-7000 people are playing it and the game is over 2 years old. Its the same with the BFV server. thousands are playing these games... but no one is playing the BF expansion packs.

so if you do get the game, I would get either BF:1942 or BFV. don`t bother getting the expansion packs.
