    Re: Escape from Tarkov

Nothing really special about these kills, I just felt like sharing them after clipping them.

The first clip is a guy that was another scav that tried to kill me as I exited this house. He failed to do so, so I played some mind games with him while I was inside and he was out. We took some shots at each other, I acted like I was trying to leave the backdoor, then I ran upstairs and was being real loud trying to draw him in. He came into the house and I made some noise to make it sound like I was trying to camp the stairs and was louder than I meant to be. He naded the stairs then charged up and started prefiring the rooms. I figured he would come in and not even check the corner I was in and he did not. The guy was way too greedy. He had a tetriz, VSS, and some other valuables. I made 300k just off of the loot I grabbed off him alone. The guy should have not gotten so greedy so late.

This clip is just a guy who was a very unaware and very loud player. He was a relatively low level player which explains him just stampeding through construction like this.

And if you're wondering why I have that crap in my backpack, that's my stuff from a previous raid my buddies brought in for me to get back. It's a quest where you have to get 25 kills on Customs with a 74U, so I didn't go as highly geared into that quest since we're shooting 74U's and those guns are just okay. That's also why I have the 74U on my back. It was brought in, too. <br>

I got extract camped last night on Interchange while I was fully kitted to a scav w/ a hunter (After I had multiple PMC kills and a mission complete). I was so pissed, rage quit out and went play Hunt: The Showdown.

6 min left in the match, I start making my way to railway, I check construction and no campers. I then check rail cars which as none either, so I go to the exfil. Count down begins and it gets down to 3 sec when smack I catch a headshot which sounded like it was from the broken buildings near the wooded area. So cheap.

        Don't be that guy!!!

I got extract camped on Interchange when I was a Scav a week ago. The sad thing is, there was so little time left in the raid that the guy had no chance of making it to my body or even back to the extract before the raid ended. He just killed me to keep me from extracting when I was a minutes walk away from the extract with 1:30 left. Why?

Yea, that was exactly like this guy, I was so deep in the extract zone I know he wouldn't be able to loot me, but there was always a chance he had Emercon Checkpoint BUT like you said there was no way in hell he was making it out in time.

Sure enough I get all my gear back on insurance this morning. Just like you said......WHY??

              Re: Escape from Tarkov

Me and my cousin felt dirty last night. Anyone who was playing last night can attest, it was storming rain all night on the servers. It was a total pain to see longer than 100 yards.

So we took our reaper IR scopes and went in at dusk (18:30) on Shoreline. It started out bright enough to look like a regular day, but shortly into the match the sun started setting. Around mid match it started to get dark enough that people who didn't bring night vision or IR's would want to extract and avoid the pitch black.

We secured 4 PMC kills early on at gas station. 2 teams got into a fight on the road & beach. We run up behind the beach team, put both down fairly easy. We then engaged the 2 on the road and made short work of them (thank you IR).

With about 15 min left in the match it was pitch black, so we made our way down the coast towards Road to Customs. We setup an ambush in the tree line and decided to make use of our IR's where it would be nearly impossible for them to see us. It's pouring rain in the pitch black, where even night vision would have trouble spotting targets. But the IR scope, nope! Crystal clear as far as the scope could see.

We wait........and wait for 10 looonnnnnggg mins, just laying in the grass watching one stretch of road, pitch black to the naked eye. We are discussing if we should make our way out as the extract was close to a 4 min run. I go to a crouch and 2 cracks of gun fire break out just down the road. Quickly dropping down again we train our IRs on the road and sure enough here comes 2 poor souls running right down the middle of the road. We take our time and decided which guy we are going to shoot, letting them trot right on towards us with no clue. "3.......2........1...." the sound of one single shot fills the air and both guys lay slumped in the road.

We quickly run over, grab what we can from our respected kill and turn mad dash for the extract with roughly 3 min remaining. We make it just in time with 10 secs to spare. But, what should have been a laughing/excited moment, it felt somber. We sat quiet......... both feeling bad about what we just did. It was the easiest, cheapest, down right felt like cheating kills I think I've ever had.
              Spoiler

IR scopes are a beautiful thing to experience but damn do they feel way to powerful!!!

                Re: Escape from Tarkov

Exit camping can be really annoying and irritating, especially when it is done in the ways we talked about where they can't even get your loot. That being said, I do think at times the blame falls on the user getting killed. If you are running unaware to Gate 3 or either Interchange extract and get killed because you're sprinting around, that's partly on you.

I will never do the exit camping where I sit in Gate 3 or at Railroad or anything like that, those types of camps are annoying. However, I won't lie, on Reserve my buddies and I have dropped a backpack or two at times at the sewer manhole and just waited for people to come and grab the bait and search the bags. People bite, and they continue to bite, and it is hilarious if not a little dirty.

I don't want to ever be one to tell others how to play the game. I don't agree with exit camping, but I do find the backpack bait at sewer manhole to be hilarious. I also feel that better map design would alleviate these issues. Camping Gate 3 wouldn't be as bad if Factory had better extracts and didn't just lock the others behind keys. Interchange needs a huge revamp altogether, especially with its extracts. Better map design and the extract camping becomes less of an issue.

                    Cheap, low tier budget run

Vepr136 with a couple mods, advanced tube for a stock to help recoil of the 7.62. Foregrip to improve ergo and nice dynacomp to also help with recoil. I'm also running super cheap, super easy to come by PS ammo. It will have problems with gen4 on up, but anything lower it does great work. I paired the low tier gun with a lowly gen 3 helmet & vest.

All in all I think this represents the perfect money run for low tier guys. 100k in profit made, 5 scav player kills, 2 PMC kills, and 5000xp earned.

For a gun rig which didn't run me but about 10k to throw together (had gun from scav run, parts in stash, and only had to buy comp & advanced stock tube), I feel the pay out was well worth it lol .

Aww man had a great scav run on interchange yesterday, but it all didn't matter since I missed the extraction by 1 second. I thought I extracted, but got missing in action. I got lost in the office areas as I was shooting my way out and killed a lot of time going in circles. Watched a geared out guy kill Killa from the shadows and as he was looting him I picked him off with the mosin. There was so much gear I've never seen before. Backpacks the size of my stash lol, Killa helmet, silenced m4, silenced fal. He was level 46 too

Fellas, finish that hideout. I'm here sitting at over 10m roubles now when I had 4m a week ago and didn't play most of last week. Passive income is crazy. I'm making between 700k to 1.5m per day in passive income.

See I figured the wipe was coming in March so I avoided spending money/time to the Hideout. When Nikita mentioned it's another 5 months away, I just started on it

How do you earn passive income from it?

The bitcoin farm at max level 3 makes a new coin every 5 hours. That's basically 5 per day and they are selling to therapist for right under 150k right now. The level 3 water collector makes a super water which you can then turn into moonshine with the booze generator. The booze will bring in 230k at the least and it only takes 3 hours to make. Then the semi-passive money makers are like taking your empty blue fuel containers after they're used and crafting mag boxes with them and those sell for 320k.

I just logged on for the first time today, sold 3 bitcoins, my moonshine, my mag box, and everything I got from my scav case and just made over 1 million roubles just like that.

Any recommended items to buy? So far I've got scav junkbox, 2 ammo cases, mag case, and meds case. I have about 3mill roubles and was thinking about getting the red rebel pick to run reserve and woods with. Would that be a good idea?

If you run reserve a lot as is, then I would say it would be a pretty nice investment. If you are only going to run those maps because you have the pick then I may reconsider. I'd personally sink what you can into upgrading the hideout, but that's just my opinion after seeing this thing basically print money for me at this point. I'm at 11.5m now and haven't ran a raid since I was at 9.5m two nights ago.
