*I’ve posted this in the original Nioh thread but wanted to start a Nioh 2 topic for those who want to discuss the new game*

I’m really enjoying this game! It is ruthlessly challenging but extremely rewarding at the same time.

Nioh 2 feels more difficult than the original Nioh. I’m on the second main mission in Region #2 and the difficulty level seems to take a big jump at this point in the game.

I would suggest Nioh 2 to anyone who enjoys action RPG’s. The RPG elements are as deep as you will ever see in a 3rd person RPG. The combat remains the best I’ve personally played and the aesthetics are gorgeous.

I agree. This is one of my favorite games I’ve played in recent memory. I’ve never played a smoother game and the combat is sublime. I love how you can create whatever build you want. I am a ninja who poisons enemies and then chops them down with the kusa. I simply can’t stop playing. It is certainly tough, but when you overcome the challenge, it is so rewarding.

Probably depends on your skill level and ability to build an effective character build. For me, this game is very challenging, but I love it.

I’ve just now advanced to Region 6. I have beaten all of the submissions in the first 5 regions, with the exception of a few locked missions based on other criteria.

I’ve died over 1000 times ����

I agree with this. I don't think it is as hard as Dark Souls Personally but it is challenging but in a good way. I really enjoy it. I will admit though I usually summon help for the bosses but I did that in Dark Souls too.
