    Marvels Guardians Of The Galaxy

I really enjoyed what I saw of the game. This is the only thing from E3 that has me excited. I love the fact its single player. The models and voices may take a second to get used to but I love the humor of the game already. Theres a lot of Guardians lore that I think is ripe for game adaptation.

I have a feeling that this is going to be a very divisive game. Some folks are going to hate it, some will love it. Offline only, being able to only 'main' as Star Lord, and I think the combat style are going to push folks into very different camps.

But I'm like you; I love what I see here (I am also with you on this being the only thing from E3 that has me excited).
Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.

The Guardians are my favorite Marvel characters but I really wish I would have been able to main as any of the characters. I look forward to seeing more of this game as my love for the guardians is strong but in the end it will likely be a spur of the moment purchase for me come this fall.

I didn't really like what I saw. Combat looked clunky and graphics were average at best.

One thing I don't like about these hero games is that they don't use the actors that portrayed them in the movies...I know that's not a realistic expectation, but it would add to the immersion for me

Yeah I get that, but it's a huge disconnect after watching all The Avengers movies then to play the game, they all looked like impostors

At least on the Spiderman remaster the devs changed the lead actor to a Tom Holland look-alike, which would be ok with me for future hero games.
