MGS 3 Help

Does anyone have hints on how to beat the guy that hides in the different sections of the jungle and shoots those darts at you. I think his name is The End, the old sniper guy. I fought the guy for over a hour and lost patience. I have not played the game in over a month but im gonna start back today. Any suggestions?

dude patience is the key man, your never gonna beat any of Kojimas games without it. An easy way not to fight him at all is to snipe him in the water
before you even get there , that way you never have to fight him in the first place.

dude patience is the key man, your never gonna beat any of Kojimas games without it. An easy way not to fight him at all is to snipe him in the water
before you even get there , that way you never have to fight him in the first place.

I killed him early in the game when he was being pushed in his wheel chair.

Ok, The End is an *******. Use your D Mic and your thermal goggles to point him out. When he shoots you, remove the dart quickly as possible for your stamina will decrease as if you had 10000000 leeches on you. His location should appear on the map after he has made his first shot, but move quickly because he nevers stays in the same location for long.

* Use your thermal goggles to search for footprints
* Use your D-Mic and point it in possible sniper points to hear him
* If you think you found him, make sure to see if you find a flashing light. If there is one, that's him

*After you shot him once, change locations because he will follow you.

















































If you're just plain lazy or you just suck, save the game during the fight. Turn on your PS2 and push the clock up by 2 months. Load the game back up and you will find out that he's dead. (Died of old age)

I killed him, it took me forever, but I did it awhile ago. The directional Mic is your best friend against him. As soon as you enter an area, use it to make a sweep of the area. If you hear breathing and him mumble something like "This is the End." Then you know he is in that area. Get nice and hidden, and look for his fat bald head and scope, which will sometimes reflect sunlight and really make him stand out. Then cap him a few times with your sniper rifle.


He will fall asleep sometimes, so just sneak up on him and blast him with your shotgun.
