    Tunic

This game was released today on Xbox and PC, and was a last minute surprise drop for Game Pass day 1 release as well. I’ve been eyeing this for a long time and downloaded it right when I got home from work. This game is awesome! I’ve heard it described as Zelda meets Dark Souls and I can definitely see it, it’s pretty damn punishing haha. But I’m about an hour in and having a blast. I highly recommend it for anyone with Game Pass. Heck I’m going to throw the dev the $30 anyways, they deserve it. This game was made by 1 person somehow.

Since it is on GamePass I gave it a download after seeing your thread. It is definitely a fun game, but you pretty much have to figure must things out yourself. It just throws you into the world and you figure the controls out yourself. To learn things you find pamphlets around the worlds that explain different things in the game, but until you discover certain things the pamphlets and text in the game world remain a foreign language. It is an interesting concept, but it is a fun game. It's the kid friendly version of Dark Souls.

This is one of the Gamepass gems I would have ignored otherwise. A couple hours in, I beat *spoiler* to *do thing* the first *spoiler*. I am a button masher and its taking me a little to learn to watch and wait. Pretty incredible game.

I haven’t had the chance to play since launch day, having work done at my house so everything is unhooked and all over the place haha. Can’t wait to dive back into this though, I was loving it.

The game is just a fun, challenging puzzle game. I'm glad I saw this thread and went ahead with downloading it on GamePass. I have who knows how many hours in the game at this point and stopped last night after bumping into my second major boss. I'll tackle him this evening.

It's very rewarding slowly learning new mechanics and seeing the manual turn to english that I can read.

Nice! I hope I don’t annoy anyone here but even if it’s a small release, if I find a game on Game Pass that I feel is worth a look and I don’t see a thread here, I make one lol. Game Pass is amazing

It really is. I saw a game called Far that I'll be trying after I finish Tunic. It looks like another nice adventure game I wouldn't have played without GamePass.

Nobody Saves the World is in this category. Possible game of the year contender already for me in fact.

Ok, this game is incredible. The sense of discovery and how rewarding it feels to figure things out, just gives you such joy playing this game. The combat is a lot of fun too. I just beat the first boss after he kicked my behind for a little bit. The way the game Manual works in this game is just so cool. Everyone that has an Xbox or PC should play this game asap. I’m sure it’ll come to PlayStation eventually as well. If anyone here is just on PlayStation and nothing else, keep your eye out for this one. A true gem!
