Help! My XBOX stopped recognizing my discs

I've had the XBOX for 2 years and haven't had a problem with it until last night. Everytime I put a disc in there I keep getting a message saying the disc is not a recognizable disc or something like that. Anyone else seen this? Solutions?

    Thanks in advance.

Whoa...I have the Thompson Drive, and have had my Xbox for 4 years (this coming November), there is still freezes, but it works well though.

One thing gets me is...some people are dumb, especially when they say "sports games are all the same", when really, they're different...

Same thing happened to me except I had a phillips drive. i didn't know how to send it in to get it fixed so we got a new one.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)
