    What's a good price to pay for a used game?? (semi-new)

    So i'm looking into buyin a used copy of Mercenaries...i'd like to pay around 35 shipped...how much do u guys usually spend on used games that are semi-new??? just wondering

      after working at the wonderful big 2 of game retail, anything that's "NEW" and you want to get it used for $35.. you'll be waiting at least 6 months on average. Yeah it sucks, but that's the way it goes.

      They start things off at 44.99 then drop it to 39.99, then after that it's all up in the air. Your best bet is to head over to EBay or check with a friend that might have one.

      I'm sure some guys here can find some good sites for used games, but as far as retail... look elsewhere.

      Gamefly.com sometimes has some really good used prices.

                      Well here it's 24.99 to 34.99$ for something somewhat new and that's canadian.
                      Blockbuster sells them too but they're all about 44.99$ I even saw Halo(the first) for that much so they obviously overcharge.
