Is Wolverine still slated to come out this year, even with the Insomanic leaks? I was really looking forward to that game.

According to the Insomniac hack/leak, Wolverine is slated for 2026. The entire roadmap for Insomniac was in the hack/leak for the next decade so if you want to know that, you can do a quick google search if you really want to know.

Dag, I thought they announced it was late fall/2024...I intentionally avoided that leak as it wasn't info they wanted out and I didn't want to spoil anything for myself.

Sony/Insomniac never officially put a year on Wolverine. People just thought it was 2024 but it's not.

Don't worry, im not going to spoil anything as I avoided the details for Wolverine too. That's why I said you could search the info if you really wanted to know as im not going to say anything.

I cannot see it NOT releasing. There is just too much money to be made by releasing this game for EA to flat out change their minds and scrap it. The issues will be how certain aspects of college football are translated into the game. So much has changed on the college football landscape since the release of the last game in 2013.

In the past I have done these updates quarterly. Since I have set some rather ambitious (for my standards) goals though then I'm going to do this monthly to try and hold myself accountable.



2024 Goals:
With so few new releases that I'm really excited for I am making this the year of completing titles. I failed my goal too complete 3 games in 2023, but I did make significant progress in a number of them.

1.) Complete 4 of the following games that I am carrying over from 2023

I don’t know about you guys, but I enjoy Palworld so much. The first time I heard about this game was 2 weeks ago, and now it’s my favorite game. I don’t think I enjoyed a game so much, at least from the last 3 or so years. Finally, it’s something different. Tired of triple A games that are constantly feeding us with the same recipe.

"Permanent" Games/Live Service:
Gran Turismo 7
Mortal Kombat 1
The Division 2

In Progress:
Tales From Arise

Goal complete 8 games: 0

Live Service game:
All 3 still kicking along with these. GT7 still going strong. The Division 2 is getting a big update tomorrow so that should be good. Although Mortal Kombat 1 has slowed down a bit. I usually just do the invasions but the skins this go around were meh no need to grind coins to get any of them.

In Progress:
Tales from Arise - Tapped out. Realized if there's a RPG with a party mechanic I need it to be turn based. For me action RPGs are fine only if there's a singular protag. Otherwise no thanks.

EA FC - On a break. Got bored with the gameplay. Taking a month off from it.

Currently Playing:
The Quarry - I love these "playable" choose your own adventure horrow games. Finished the first 2 chapters. It's got David Arquette how could you not be on board!

Octopath Traveler II - Now this is my type of RPG. Like the characters and gameplay, Wasn't sold on the 2.5 HD design at first but it's grown on me. For the first time in a long time I'm eager to play.

PGA 2k23 - I have soft spot for golf games despite having no interest in the sport IRL, Player faces are subpar but the game play well enough for my needs and it's a good way to unwind.

Possible Purchases:
Likely - MLB the Show '24. - Last one I really put any time into was '20. Barely touched '21 and '22. Skipped '23 altogether, Thinking it might be time to jump back in getting that baseball itch.

Maybe - Persona 3, Stellar Blade, Alone in the Dark, Spider-Man 2

New month new update. I would say that I am definitely short of the pace that I set for myself so far, considering I still haven't seen the end credits of any game, but I did make some progress towards the end of Feb in nearly completing Hogwarts Legacy.
