    New ps2?

I've owned an Xbox for a little over a year after trading in a launch ps2 that kept giving me 'dirty disc read errors'.

Now that the slim ps2's have came out with the network adapter already included in them, as well as Gran Turismo 4 and MLB 2006, do you think it's worth purchasing another ps2?

I'll be keeping my Xbox, just wondering if it's worth purchasing a new system. I love how small the new ps2's are, as well has having free online.

    Please give me some opinions.

I think if you really want a ps2 then it's best to get the slim one. I haven't heard that many complaints about it.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

If you want to get the PS2 to play those games then go ahead. As far as I know there hasn't been any problems with the new slim PS2's outside the fact they don't use hard drives.
