I'm really looking forward to the presentation modes alone. I'm deciding between the Takashi Miike Mode(more blood and gore) and the Watanabe mode(Lo-Fi beats). I might so the Watanabe mode for normal exploration/Traverse and the Miike mode for combat

Yes, the presentation modes will definitely help increase the immersion! I get strange itches for certain games randomly, I totally put down Ghost of Tsushima and Assassins Creed Shadows and took a trip back in time and started playing The Witcher 3 again from the beginning for some reason lol. I suppose I want to experience it on the upgraded consoles and get the reward points and achievements for current use.

So far this game is a blast to play. Graphically probably in the top 3 best looking games on the PS5.

How is the exploration? In the first one it got so repetitive going out into the world off the path, meet someone duel rinse and repeat all the time. Is the world more lively? Not asking for The Witcher type experience but want a little more duel duel duel.

Really enjoying this game so far. I did another walk through of Ghost Of Of Tsushima early in the summer. This definitely feels like an upgrade for me so far. Visually looks great on Ray Tracing Pro mode. As characters goes, I'm leaning Astu over Jin. This is a game where I will take my take with. So far, I did the first main couple of missions and will focus on mainly doing Bounty Hunting to get more coin

I do really like the integration of the DualSense. I am disappointed on how underutilized the DualSense has been with likely 2-3 years before the next generation. When used right, the DualSense adds more immersion. The initial Live Service push really limited the success of this generation for me.

I would say the exporation is random encounter, duel them or not. Also random encounter, buy something from them or not. The saving grace is just how beautiful and colorful the world is. The world is pretty damn sparse though, save for the wild animals. The combat is awesome.
