    videocard help

    just bought a GeForce 6600 GT AGP the box says needs a 350w power supply my current computer only has a 300w I bought a 350w power supply when I was at the store picking up the card will my existing power supply run it or do I need to install the 350w?

    I'd definitely install the better power supply. A computer with not enough juice can be a nightmare man, everything from BSOD to spontaneous reboots and etc.

      I'd definitely install the better power supply. A computer with not enough juice can be a nightmare man, everything from BSOD to spontaneous reboots and etc.

        yeah, especially if you have other things running on it (more hard drives, USB things, etc), the power drain adds up quickly

          yeah, especially if you have other things running on it (more hard drives, USB things, etc), the power drain adds up quickly

            I do have 2 hard drives and a dvdburner and a dvdrom drive better be safe than sorry thx guys.
