I might pick this one up. How is it on XBL?

10 hours plus to learn a single map? I wouldn't go that far, but it probably takes about an hour to learn one.

This game is amazing, the graphics are so silky smooth and the environments are so realistic. I am a newbie with the onlineplay and it seems overwhelming, Any tips on how to gradually learn the online play without being thrown into the wolves? What side would it be better to start off as, a spy or merc?

This game is alot of fun, I totally reccomend it.

I always thought it was easier to learn a map from the spy's perspective, since they can pretty much go anywhere they want. Newbs are going to get thrown to the wolves, they just have to be patient enough to take their lumps for the first week or two. The game has a huge learning curve.

I've been doing nothing but coop with sdrotar for the past few nights, and let me tell you...it's insanely fun and immersive. We've worked out strategies where he'll sit near a guard and yell "Hey you". The guard will come to investigate, and I'll rupture his kidneys with a knife.

He had to revive me twice last night because I went all Rambo on a guard who kicked a door in on my head, killing me. Then I got mowed down by a gun emplacement. So much teamwork required, and taking two guards out simultaneously with a countdown is sweet.

Good stuff. After we finish off the coop maps, I'll probably move on to versus. I'm also into the 2nd mission of single player, after going through the entire first stage with nothing but knife kills

                  Having a pig sticker rules.

In the single player campaign, I keep forgetting to save my progress...

55% success rating on the first mission, that's terrible.
