I combined The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions into one DVD, only putting in what I thought were the "worthy" scenes (making it about 150 minutes long).

The program that I used was called DVD Shrink. I'm not sure what other programs there are, but that one was pretty navigatable, and pretty easy to use. I forgot where I downloaded it, so I can't help you on that. I guess you could just try to Google it.

What are you using to make the MPg4 files?

3GP-Converter can split it into multiple smaller files as it compressed, I believe.

Realize that if you have AVI now, it will compress when you go to MPG4. You should compress the whole thing and see what you end up with. You should be able to get at least 2.5 hours on a 512.
