    Banjo-Kazooie Game in the Works?

    http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/8079/B...-in-the-Works/

    On April 15, that’s last Friday, the info for the domain name www.banjothreeie.com was updated. The record for the website shows now Microsoft as the registrant, as well as the technical and administrative contact and the DNS servers also point out to Microsoft servers. When accessed through a web browser, the domain name redirects to Rare’s official site.

    Banjo-Threeie made a brief appearance at SpaceWorld 2001 in the form of rolling footage. Soon after that event, Microsoft announced the acquisition of Rare and the former Nintendo Gamecube title went into hiatus.

    With E3 only a couple of weeks away, we think this recent update in the domain name record is a strong indication Microsoft and Rare will announce a new Banjo Kazooie game at next month’s expo.

    TeamXbox will have all the latest developments in Xbox 360 games as they happen.

      No need to start another thread. Some more rumors.

      Perfect Dark Zero Rumor to knock your socks off

      It’s getting close to E3 and so the usual rise in rumours begins. Earlier today TVG received an e-mail containing alleged details regarding Joanna Dark’s return in Perfect Dark Zero.

      Suggesting that the information stems from a five-month old survey conducted by Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates on behalf of Microsoft, the e-mail reveals a possible basic plot analysis along with a brief outline of the game’s features…

      So read on for a potential spoiler, but know that we have no way of corroborating the info and surprisingly the survey has since been removed …

      The Story

      "Now, you will be shown a brief description of Perfect Dark Zero - a prequel to the original Perfect Dark game.”

      Joanna Dark returns in the prequel to the multi-award winning first-person shooter Perfect Dark.

      A secret war has begun - between shadowy corporations bent on world domination. Joanna Dark and her father Jack are caught up in the fight for the future of the planet. A routine bounty-hunting mission rips open a global conspiracy that will change Joanna's destiny - forever.

      Perfect Dark Zero is fully online compatible. Play through the story missions and experience multiplayer with more players than ever before on a home console.

      Game Features

      * Support for Clans
      * Leaderboards
      * "Special-OPS" (a gameplay mode where you play as the main character thru the single player story line while one of your other friends plays as the enemy character)
      * Support for Tournaments
      * Multi-player Deathmatch (online or split screen)
      * Single Player Story Driven Missions
      * Multi-player Challenges (you compete with friends against AI) (online or split screen)
      * Spectator Mode
      * Downloadable content
      * Vehicles
      * Cooperative Story Mode (you play through the single player story with a friend)
      * High tech gadgets and weapons

      It all sounds rather tasty but given the impossible task of confirming whether it’s true or not, we wouldn’t like to say - it’s still easy to envision how some of the features may pan out on Live for the Xbox360.

      This is the game i'm the most giddy about for the Xbox 360.
