If Microsoft is smart, they will let them, but I haven't heard anything. You should have to have an XBox LIve account and and XBox 360 Live Account. Otherwise, there will be a ton of people with unused(or barely used) X Box live time.

the statement they keep making is "We got something for the Xbox Live subscribers we think they'll like". But that kind of statement doesn't mean anything, it could pretain to the new format, buddy system, tracking system, player cards... they won't say anything about carrying it over, but MS has been good so far with pleasing the customer, i wouldn't rule it out."I'm servin' dudes like Wimbeldon, advantage, 2uce..."
