        These are fake. However, I think it is a great idea to ditch one of the two analog sticks in favor of a track ball. This would open up a whole new world for classic gaming done right. Not only that, there should be a paddle controller too. (For you youngins out there, a paddle controller is pretty much an analog 360° non-zero point dial. Kind of like what you would find on a safe.) The paddle controller would be great for games like Tempest, Arkanow and even Space Invader-type shooters.

                Yea true that, IGN even had an article on them. They won't be for PS3/Xbox360 but they are indeed real.

                    this was leaked today, and teamxbox says this is probably the controller for xbox 360

                    EDIT: they says its just a prototype, because 360 will utilize wireless technology

                        Looks to plain, and no emblem in the middle leads me to believe it's a prototype, but it's probably a good indication of what the Xbox 360 controller will look like.

                        Team Xbox also says it's a prototype as the Xbox 360 will utilize wireless controllers.
