    NTSC-PAL question,

Could anybody tell me that if the signal I get from choosing 60HZ (NTSC) on my PS2 PAL game (live in UK) is the signal I would get if I played a US game on my PS2,
The NTSC goes black and white when I select it and I was wondering would that be the reception I would get if I put in a US game on my UK PS2, I'm getting a PAL-NTSC converter where it turns B&W screens into color and I was wanting to import NCAA Football '06,

Any help would be greatly appriciated as I am a bit unsure here

    Thanx in advance

    Re: NTSC-PAL question,

I may be wrong, but im almost certain that if you have your Xbox switched to NTSC and you put in a NTSC game that it should work fine.

The reason you aren't getting a picture when your XBox is in NTSC mode while playing a PAL game is because PAL games are coded differently in terms of hows the appear on screen. You need a PAL signal to play a PAL game and vice versa.

      Re: NTSC-PAL question,

No, its I've got a PAL PS2 and I get a Black and White Picture when I play a British (PAL) game on NTSC Mode. And I was wondering if I bought an American (NTSC) PS2 game it would turn out to have a black and white picture too or would it just not start at all,
