Sony won't have Blue Ray or HD/DVD then. I seriously doubt this news. It won't hit until the spring 06 in Japan, and the fall 06 here. That is, if they even want a chance to include Blu Ray or HD DVD.

Game production doesnt really rely on media format until actual duplication so the format issue really wouldn't stop the system from releasing this year.

I hope they don't rush it. In the end, the only thing I think matters is the finished product, no matter when you release it.
