Gamespot completely trashed Microsoft for showing this thing, they said it obviously wasn't ready to be shown. Kameo looks awesome from Rare, hopefully they can hury up with Conker, so they can add that team to the Perfect Dark Zero team, because they need it. The game looked decent in motion. It is in alpha stage, not all games look good in this stage of development. Halo sure didn't, but it turned out to be a fantastic looking game.

I'm pretty confident this game will end up looking much better 1-2 months, before launch. Microsoft should make Gears of War their flagship title, instead of this sadly.

I also remember the original Xbox looking like garbage, even at E3 before it's release. I recall Halo running at like 15FPS and people dogging it. I'm hoping that the same thing happens this time, and they turn everything around. I'm still pre-ordering the bad boy.

I was underwhelmed by what was shown for this game as well. Especially, since Rare's track record is to delay a release if the game isn't ready. For them to have put mediocre-looking PD0 on display, is definitely out of character.

Rare never likes to show their games early, which leads me to believe, they were forced by Microsoft to show something. They did it to Bungie with Halo. Also, I think Rare is being rushed like Bungie was with Halo and Halo 2. If Microsoft would give them the time to work on it, and not rush them, it will be a masterpiece.

Its not even done guys. MS wants people to be intrigued by this title because Halo 3 may not even come until 2006. So what other game would be out on the for front to lure gamers in? They may have just wanted an "at launch" title that would blow minds. They may have done this to intrigue us. (heck every board i go to is talking about it)

True, but you also have to build a new engine, and write new code, when changing platforms. They had to move it from the Cube to the Xbox, now to the Xbox 360. They probably have been working on it for about a year on Xbox 360.

Rare is just slow.
