$15 bucks a month approx. Cheaper if you pay for 3 or 6 months at once.

No other fees after that.

I so wish that I didn't have school or a job so I could play that 20 hours a day.

No, but you and your friend couldn't be logged in at the same time. If you logged in, you'd kick your friend off and vice-versa. The account is tied to a CD-key that ships with each copy of the game. To log into the game, you need an active account. No single account can be logged in twice.
