When do I get to start picking locks? Judging from he general chat channels in Ironforge, I could make a mint opening boxes for people.

Lvl 16 you get lockpicking and a rogue only quest with it (that quest gives you the thieves tools, so you don't have to purchase them)...

Lvl 20 you get the poisons quest (soloable on Alliance at 20, but Horde has to kill a 24 or 26 elite, so Horde needs help).

I've unlocked 1 box for 10 silver, but gotta hang out in Ironforge more I guess.
