Got two for Christmas and I've tried to activate them, but I always get an error saying that the code is invalid. These are brand new! Have you guys had trouble with these?

I have never had a problem. Maybe you have to cancel your Credit Card subscription before you use the card????????????

Yeah, I deactivated it and tried to reactivate it with the card and I got the problem. I sent a message to support. Hopefully they get back to me soon. My account is still active, but it would suck not to have 120 days for free!

I can't remember what the codes look like, but check the lookalike letters/numbers .... 0 (zero) and O (oh) .... 1 (one) and I(letter I) ... etc.

Fortunately none of them have 0 or 1's in them. One of them has either a "V" or "U" in them. I've tried it with both letters switched and have gotten errors both times. The other card has no letters in question and I still get an error.

Got in touch with the support team and they fixed the problem. Seems like I'm getting old. I could've sworn that the "B's" on the card were actually "B's" not "8's". Whatever! My two accounts have 2 months free!
