Not sure how I did it, but I actually got to 40 with Lancelot and got my mount (and plate mail).

No real point to this post, just had to say it lol.

32 and chugging here, sometimes seems like it's gonna take forever, but only 10k from 33

what's the next "big" goal then? level cap?

Congrats. Cool. I take it, it is equivelant to a travel power in CoH? Can you fight while on the horse?

No, but you can't even use a mount until level 40.

So up until then you're running on foot or taking gryphons. Mounts increase your run speed by 60% at level 40, and I don't remember the increase at level 60...100% I think. Some classes have some speed boosts (30%, 40%) at level 20 or 30, but Paladins don't.

Mounts just kick ***.

No, but you can't even use a mount until level 40.

Terry, I should be on tonight if you want to group. I have quite a few missins and had no one to group with for about a month. I should have a ton of rest built up too

I have a meeting tonight for the Foster Parenting stuff I do, so at least early in the evening it will be a no-go. I probably won't be available until at least 8 my time, but definitely sometime soon. I just started Ghost on the push to a mount now. 28 and counting LOL.

I have a meeting tonight for the Foster Parenting stuff I do, so at least early in the evening it will be a no-go. I probably won't be available until at least 8 my time, but definitely sometime soon. I just started Ghost on the push to a mount now. 28 and counting LOL.

8 your time will be a little late to get started. This weekend I am sure we can find a time that works

that's the way to go if you can. I had to wait till 46 to get mine, cause I had to save all that freakin money.

Even then, I had to borrow 20g to get it when I did.

It is very cool though. I can uncover map now. And venture to new places that I might never go to had i been on foot.

i am still deciding on whether to go thru the paladin quest for an epic mount when i hit 60( at 59 now) or just farm the 900 gold or whatever to buy an epic mount instead
