      Re: Wii Friend Codes

Alright, everyone that posted a friend code in this thread has now been added to my address book. You guys who haven't done so already, go ahead and add mine. I want to see some of your Mii's filtering onto my system!

I added everyone, but I guess I still have to go through and individually send my Mii's to all of you...unless I'm mistaken.

no, you have to resend it or let it travel to their parade. When the other person receives your new Mii, it will replace the one in their plaza. Glad you got the Mii, which one is you?

So far, I only have EG, his wife, his Charlie Brown, and you, Kevin. Nobody has shown up in my Parade yet. How long does that take?

if you have your WiiConnect24 turned on and keep you Wii turned on all the time, you should see one a day show up in there. I think I have about 15 to 20 wii codes entered, the more codes you have the greater the chance for mii's in your parade. Last night I had 18 in my parade, I grab a couple each day that are cool looking and through them in my plaza, but it's getting kinda crowded in there now.

Oh, so like 1 a day? I was expecting them to come flooding in as soon as I added people to my list. I gotcha. Okay. I'll just be patient. And yes, I have the WiiConnect24 on, and my system tells me when I have messages even when it's off, so I assume that's what you mean by leaving the Wii turned on all the time.

Yep, that's it. Just keep Wii Connect on, so the yellow light is on when the system is off. That means it's always connected. I get 1 a day sometimes, the other day I got 4 new members to my parade. It takes awhile, but they do make their way over.

yeah, standby mode, not really on.

EG, will you send me over your Charlie Brown, I haven't seen him in my parade.

I'm new to the Wii party and lazy so I wont read the earlier 6 pages. How do you get friends codes? or better yet where do I find out what my code is? I was messing around with the mii creator last night and saw those options. What exactly is a mii parade? I understand the plaza is where they go after you make them.
