smoothie recipes anyone?

I've got a blender at home all ready, and am tempted to start making my own strawberry smoothies. I love the flavor, and usually get one when I go to the mall or something, but I realized it's probably pretty cheap to make them on my own. Anyone here make their own, and have a recipe to suggest? I have no clue besided strawberries, some sort of fruit juice, and ice (or ice cream/milk). I've seen a few online, but would rather use something recommended if possible.

at least I'm not posting a desktop image with a bunch of topless men like some are, and I'm comfortable enough with my heterosexuality to admit to enjoy smoothies. Hell, football is technically watching grown men grope each other in piles, while wearing spandex, sure glad I didn't play that fruit sport in high school

in all seriousness, just part of my quest to cut out not as healthy snacks/foods, and even if it's a bit fruity in more ways than one, a smoothie isn't a bad option

I put Whey Protein into my smoothies, so if you aren't looking to add protein, take that out.

I put about a cup and a half of 1% milk. Cup and a half to 2 cups of frozen strawberries (you can buy them at the store), and a banana. They're really good.
