Alright im 19 years old and probably in the process of have my first major breakup. Ive dated several other girls before but nothing longer than 2-3 months. This one has lasted just over a year. Im nurvious as heck but at the same time it feels like maybe its the right thing to do. A lot of it is my fault because (shes 22) and shes been getting invited to clubs and bars by her friend recently (stuff she used to do every once in a while, but lost interest when we got together) mostly lost interest because she knows i hate that stuff. I just feel like i wouldnt be able to trust the person I love going to club and dancing and getting danced all over or bars by doing the same thing and added alcohol. Now all my jealousy of her going is holding her back and even though she wont admit it i feel like she wants to go do that stuff. We used to have this bond where we knew we were in a relationship, but it was to the point where we were also best friends, where everything we did, we did together and had a special connection (even talked about marriage and getting an apartment) which is the kind of relationship I want to be in since ive lost a lot of my friends after high school and dont have that constant group I can go hangout with. Lately though things have changed and we continually argue about anything and everything. Both of us are scared to death to let go because of all the memories and the breakup feeling that you'll never ever feel that way or find anyone again (which ofcourse is normal) but Im just not sure what to do. I know a lot of it is my fault because I get jealous of her going certain places, scared to death that shed might cheat on me (she did cheat in two of her previous relationships that she covers up with *she didnt love that person* but she does love me and that shed never hurt me like that, but no matter what or where she goes I get the thoughts in my head that what she doesnt with me, she might do with someone else...and all this gets me upset and angry and makes me a nurvious and stressful guy. The worst part is...even though I stress so much over this stuff, i have no proof she is and heck she could be serious about me and doing nothing wrong. Then again its coming from a guy, who would never ever cheat, I hardly lie, unless i absolutly have too, ive never stole anything...im just naturally a good guy who has a very guilty conscious and for some reason or another I get nurvious over anything with her.
what should I do? any advice?
btw, right now were in the middle of a fight about this, but i dont think neither of us have the guts to just say its over and goodbye and actually go thru with it because we have aruged and fought like this before, but we always stay together, after a few days of missing each other, but after so long it just boils up and thats what its doing to me.
