when i am going througha heavy lifting phase, i normally take "a" creatine, "a" protein drink or shake, a fat burner, multi vitamin, and a muscle builder like on cycle/off cycle, i dont always take the later though.

I say "a" like that cause ive gone through like 15 different types of prtein mix, as im sure many have. there are some out there i just cant seem to get down. i settled on isopure protien powder, for me, its the best. and I am on cell tech creatine grape flavor, again you gotta take whats best for you. alot of my friends say they cant swallow cell tech or it burns their throats but i dont mind it. theres like 5 million types of suppliments, and 10 million different brands of each, you just gotta find out what you like and what workd for you.

      Keep it simple:

      1) Pick a great daily vitamin

      2) Your best source of protein should come in the form of food and a Protein Whey.

      3) That is it! Creatine is bogus as your body is completely unable to absorb it and if you take too much, it will only shutdown your kidneys and cause permanent damage. Just workout out, eat right, drink plenty of water, take a good vitamin, and try to avoid all the bogus supplement claims that are only designed to take your hard earned money!
