Ok well I decided to use Crest White Strips to try and whitten my teeth. My teeth arnt all yellow or anything, but Ive seen other people using these and how good they work so I gave it a try. I did it tuesday night, wednesday night and everything was fine. Then I did it again last night (supose to do it for 14 days) and I woke up in the middle of the night (I didnt sleep with them on, I do it before i go to bed for a half hour then take them off) anyway I woke up in the middle of the night and the nerves in like 4 or 5 of my teeth are really starting to hurt. ive never ever had this happen before and the only thing i can think of that its from is these white strips. could it be an alergic reaction? or does this for some reason happen when you use these strips. I dont know, all I know is these 4 few teeth have been bothering me all morning and all I can do is thank god I already had work off today.

It kinda feels like your chewing on foil from a gum wrapper. its not fun.Comment
