                    this was a very old background and i just use the default now though.

                                    The Prnt Screen button should be above your numpad or above your insert/home/page up keys.

                                    (Around the area of the red outline)



                                    Press that when whatever you want to capture is up on the screen and then go into paint and go to edit > paste.

                                            1. Press Print Screen Button
                                            2. Open up MS Paint
                                            3. Click Edit-Paste
                                            4. Save in My Pictures by clicking on Save or Save As within Paint
                                            5. Open up website to host image, I use Photo Bucket
                                            6. Upload Image
                                            7. Click on tag for IMG Code and it will automatically copy link
                                            8. Paste said link in quick reply here at OS and your done
