    Oatmeal

Anybody eat this stuff? I bought some while at the store yesterday for the hell of it. I got some kinda flavored variety pack. It has been a very long time since i've had any but it's pretty good.

I like it pretty good, I don't eat it much though. My favorite flavor is Apples & Cinnamon. I like the oatmeal little debbie pies too

I like oatmeal pies too but that's one of my problems. Trying to start eating better. I'll be 30 this year, time to start taking better care of myself.

Real oatmeal -- not the ground sh*t in packets with all of that sugar -- with raisins, skim milk and a touch of brown sugar is damn tasty for breakfast, especially on a cold morning.

            Take care,

You sound like me. I turned 29 this past January and I decided I needed to start eating better and working out more. Flavored oatmeal is pretty good even though I haven't had it in a while.

I used to like Oatmeal pies, but those things are pretty bad for you. I'm staying away from that stuff now.

Of course I east it. It's cheap, quick and easy to eat. Works well for any college student.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

I like the "fake" oatmeal stuff, in individual packets. Yum.

5 Minute Oats are the key...

Quick Oats don't have the Omega 3's (good for lowering colesterol while augmenting 'good' colesterol) and fiber (good for digesiton) that longer cooking oats do...

                              As you age...

                              That stuff (unfortunately) matters...
