Oatmeal
Anybody eat this stuff? I bought some while at the store yesterday for the hell of it. I got some kinda flavored variety pack. It has been a very long time since i've had any but it's pretty good."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Re: Oatmeal
You sound like me. I turned 29 this past January and I decided I needed to start eating better and working out more. Flavored oatmeal is pretty good even though I haven't had it in a while.Originally posted by SoMiss2000I like oatmeal pies too but that's one of my problems. Trying to start eating better. I used to like Oatmeal pies, but those things are pretty bad for you. I'm staying away from that stuff now.Comment

I love oatmeal cream pies. I could eat those for hours.Originally posted by GilateenOatmeal cream pies and Archway Oatmeal cookies but not any regular oatmeal...that ish is nasty.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

5 Minute Oats are the key...
Quick Oats don't have the Omega 3's (good for lowering colesterol while augmenting 'good' colesterol) and fiber (good for digesiton) that longer cooking oats do...
As you age...
