Pick up basketball...

Who plays?
How much do you play?
Where do you play?

I play about 2-3 times a week. I play down at the University Rec Center. The only problem I have is that a lot of the players just plain suck. I'm not going to try and act like im a great basketball player, but i can play a little bit (Varsity in High School). I guess im just tired of all the cherry picking and no passing. But the problem is I don't know anywhere else where there are good games. I guess I'll just be stuck at the Rec center dominating....

I play frequently.
I play 3-4 times a week.
I play at a church gym on Monday nights and Thursday nights.

I'm going to try out for the team at DePaul University. I doubt I'll make it, but I might as well give it a shot.

I play once or twice a week with my pledge brothers and some of the fraternity brothers.

We play at the Rec Center here on campus.

I played 6 hrs. aday in the past, but right now 2-3 times a week til my back get better

3-5 times per week. Usually Tuesdays, Thursday afternoon's, Friday evenings and Saturday afternoon.

I try to play every day but Friday, but I'll only play if the run is good. I can't waste my time w. kids who eff around, I get too frustrated. During the summers we can usually get most of my former AAU teammates or kids I knew from HS back together. We usually get two days a week were we have 8-10 ex-DI players and the rest played DII or DIII.

Just about everyone in the gym was All-State in HS. Those days are the best, I love the electricity in the gym when everyone gets together and goes at it.

I used to play at the Rec here at UT about twice a week but here you can either play on the court where no one plays defense, argues and thinks they're all stars or you can play on the court where everyone gets along and has some idea how to play but aren't quite as good. I chose to play with the people with less drama but eventually I got tired of scaling back to keep games close.
