I hate filling out (the same) job applications

Been trying to find a job lately, and filling out all the applications online. Seems like every company uses UNICRU as their application filter. It's soooo annoying to answer the same questions over and over again. The worst part is the same 100 goofy questions where you respond: strongly agree, agree, disagree or strongly disagree.

Ex. You like to talk alot .....
Ex. You change from feeling sad to happy without any reason ....
Ex. You don't mind telling people off....

My biggest complaint is why can't you fill out ONE unicru application and simply just check off all the companies you want it to go to? Seems so easy and more efficient instead of answering the same stupid questions multiple times.

Sorry. End of rant and back to the applications.

No kidding, UNICRU is horrible with questions like:

How do you feel when convicted criminals are released? WTH??

The system also asks the same question sevearl times again and again just with a little rewording.

I sometimes feel like they implement these types of systems since it will weed out people that don't want to bother entering their info. It's all a ploy. J/k

i wouldn't doubt there's some truth to that. UNICRU apps are definitely an endurance race.

Before I was hired onto the police department we had to do the written psych test...something close to 1200 questions.

Towards the end all the bubbles on my scantron started to blur together.

Oh my god I hate Unicru. It's so annoying. I guess thats why I don't have a job yet. I've applied to everything I could think of. Bores me with their 26 pages of questions. All the same for every place. They couldn't let me transfer my answers? Down with Unicru.
