    Working out at home.

I bought some dumbells for the house so I could do some workouts at home. What are some exercises I can do besides curls, bench press, and toe raises? I'm trying to be able to work as many muscles as possible. Both upper and lower body. Any suggestions?

Here's another great website with basically every exercise known to man.... just click on the body part you want to work out. Most exercises have a dumbell version listed, complete with an animated picture to help out:

I work out at home myself... I now have a lot more equipment then just dumbells, but I started out the same as you. Here were the "core exercises" I used:

      Chest: Dumbell presses & Flies
Back: Bent over dumbell rows (also pullups if you can)
Shoulders: Dumbell Military Press, Front raises, Side raises, Shrugs
Triceps: Overhead dumbell extension, Dumbell kickback
Biceps: Curls, Concentration Curls, Hammer Curls
      Legs: Lunges, Squats

These are just the most common exercises to hit pretty much every muscle in your body. Good luck!
