    Trainer at the gym just told me...

    He said that if you eat 3 slices of pizza and a chocolate bar about 40 minutes before your workout, you will lift an insane amount. My friend tried this. He usually does 130 on his bench and he was able to do 200lbs.

    Any truth to this? This isn't something that I'd try often. The trainer said it isn't very good for you though.

                  Hmm, i need to start pigging out on pizza and chocolate...oh wait... i already do. Why am i not buff?
